About Me
I started a business career at age 15 by
operating my own systems analyst and programming business for small
local businesses. My career developed at the age of 18 in the
position of department manager for 40 computer operators where I
improved my management skills. Having worked and consulted in a great
number of industries, I have a broad understanding of business
operations from sales and marketing, to business modeling
and management, to financing and operations.
With a career encapsulating over 12 years of raising capital for broken development projects and distressed large-scale properties, I obtained great insight into the financial meltdown of America in 2008. As things slowed with private money unsure where to deploy; I walked away from several major real estate listings in Manhattan and ventured into residential for closures. Setting up the BeatTheBank organization, I used may Wall Street experience to assist hundreds of homeowners, developers and investors to navigate the perils of the foreclosure landscape. In each of these operations, it was important to develop an image and create a substantial presence to provide comfort to harrowed homeowners as well as skittish investors.
In addition to developing the brand identity and image required for growth, employers also find that my experience in programming provided me with the skill set to take large quantities of disjoint legal and financial information and organize it into a simple process flow. I described and implemented these initiatives through internal communications that resulted ultimately in successful launches of new campaigns, contracts, and strategic alliances with some very powerful organizations. It was my years of "thinking out of the box" that gave me sharp insights into moving any business forward.
